Domination takes preparation. Come by the Expo and check out the latest fashion, nutrition, accessories and more in running. The Beach to Bay Sports Exposition is held at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi 6300 Ocean Drive in Dugan Wellness Center in conjunction with packet pick up and registration. Date for the 49th Annual Beach to Bay Sports Expo is Friday, May 15, 2026.

As a business owner could you imagine well- over 16,000 participants in one central location looking over your products, samples and goodies? Call now to reserve your booth at this year’s expo. Special rates for early entrants are available; however space is limited and is on a first come first serve basis.

Packet-Pickup
Team race packet(s) must be picked up on Friday, May 15, 2026 between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. at Texas A&M University in Dugan Wellness Center. Remember PACKET PICK-UP CLOSES AT 8:00 PM SHARP! All unclaimed bags will be forfeited! Please make alternate arrangements to claim your bags if you are unable to pick it up. As a team captain it is perfectly acceptable for you to authorize someone on your team, or a family member or friend to pick up your packet.
Any changes to your team such as changing a runner or runners maybe made at the Information and Change Table. This will be the ONLY OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE CHANGES to your Beach to Bay Team!
Beach to Bay Packets will include:
- Six (6) Official T-shirts
- Finisher’s Medals (Guaranteed only for those who enter before the early deadline)
- Chip Scoring Device will be placed in your bib
- Race bibs/numbers (red bib must be worn by 6th leg)

- Please locate your BIB number on our website at beachtobayrelay.com BIB numbers are available there-go to the Team Look Up tab. They are sorted by the team captain’s last name.
Yes, you can get someone to come and pick up your packet for the race. Make sure that they or you are aware of any changes to your team you need to make and most importantly:
KNOW YOU BIB NUMBER!
- Partial packets are NOT given out! If you pick up a team packet, you are picking up for the entire team.
- Please have a plan and do not wait till the last minute. Know the changes you are making to your team if any. Not knowing creates a back-up in the line to check in.
- Please be courteous and patient to our volunteers! Understand they are there to assist you.
- Cell phones are discouraged while in line to get your packet
- Other than service animals do not bring your pets to the Duggan Well-ness Center.
